Spa Policies

To Assure time slots desired, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving Tru Wellness & Spa. Tru appreciates a 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of service(s) or 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Full price will be charged when no notice is given and for cancellations within 24-hours. 

Please ensure you are punctual for the time reserved exclusively for you. If an appointment must be rescheduled because you are more than 15 mins late, a cancellation fee of 50% of service scheduled will be charged.  We reserve the right to condense a treatment or reschedule if you arrive late for your service. 

Here at Tru Wellness & Spa we love babies and Children, although we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.  This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for you and for all clients.  We respectfully request that all clients are at least 13 years of age and may require adult supervision. 

As a curtesy to all our guests, please use cell phones on silent mode when entering the spa.  All prices and services are subject to change without notification. No refunds on Gift Certificate Purchases. All sales are final, however Gift Certificates are transferable, and do not expire. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments but will not be charged. It is only used to hold your scheduled booking. 

If you are a first time client please fill our required forms located in the "FORM" section of our drop down menu. 

With recent news that masks are no longer required, I will not require you to wear a mask when attending your appointment. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do, If you would like me to wear one during your appointment, please let me know before you arrive. I will not be wearing a mask unless I am performing a face service. 

You are no longer required to fill out a COVID screening form. However,  if you are sick or have any symptoms please reschedule. If you test negative and still have symptoms please reschedule a week from having symptoms.
