Meet Our Team
After graduating from Alanti-School of Hairsytling & Esthetics in 2001, Lindsay knew she found her passion. While working in the beauty industry for 9 years she had gained experience and confidence to venture out on her own to open Tru Wellness & Spa. "Working in the beauty industry is exactly where I know I belong". She loves acquiring new knowledge to grow her skill set constantly. Lindsay loves seeing results on her guests and she always takes the time to make great post-treatment skin care suggestions to ensure her guests get the most out of their spa experience. She is constantly educating herself to stay up to date with the dynamic, ever-changing skincare/ beauty industry, which ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies and cutting edge ingredients, which she loves to share with every guest who comes through the door at Tru Wellness & Spa.
Inspired by a desire to help others, coupled with my fascination with anatomy and science, 15 years ago I put those two passions together to become a Registered Massage Therapist and have never looked back. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to see my clients walk out of my office after a treatment walking upright, limber, and pain-free. Even more, it gives me great pleasure to show my clients things they can do themselves in the comfort of their own home to enhance their own health.
From a young age, I was instilled with a respect and sense of awe for the human body and it's wonderful design. The body's natural ability to heal itself and find its way back to balance, when given the right tools to do so, has driven me to seek out, and work with ancient therapies that have stood the test of time. I think Registered Massage therapy and reflexology go together like peanut butter and jam. If you've never tried out reflexology before (I promise it doesn't tickle!), be adventurous and try something new.....or old! Reflexology has been around for a very very long time, for a very good reason!
